The monograph is a detailed study of the physical, social and economic characteristics of the town of Santa Fe in the city of Bogota DC, based on which a simulation was carried out using a probabilistic model embodied in a geographic information system that it allowed to analyze in detail which are the zones that present threat, vulnerability and risks in case of the occurrence of an earthquake, in contrast with the geotechnical characterization of the zone; to generate contributions through a territorial intelligence approach aimed at risk management to the different land use plans that benefit the populations.
