The present descriptive and interpretative research, joins the design, implementation, systematization and results of the proposal called "Experiential Ludic Laboratory" focus on stimulating Emotional Intelligence, human development and encourage affective, social and communicative competences of 12 teachers from Luis Carlos Galán Casa Loma Educational Institution, located in “Altos de Cazucá, Soacha” ; Attending to the need to have special settings formation of the human being, dialogue of knowledge and participative creation. Based on the topics and experiential proposals studied in the modules of the: Specialization in Human Development with Emphasis on Affective Processes and Creativity.
