For the development of this work, first the cash flow of the coffe’s crop was reviewed for a cycle of seven (7) years. Then, we describe the variables that, according to the most detailed researches and associations, directly affect the production of the coffee crop. Consequently, for each variable defined, the weight in thee cash flow associated is represented according to estimates made by the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros for the department of Antioquia and research considerations. Thus, a summary table was generated that allows identifying the weight of each variable according to the year in which the respective crop is found and guidelines are given to associate these results with the commercial value of this crop.
