Cocoa sector and its derivatives have taken a great relevance within the agricultural and food sector industry in Colombia, the first especially for its comparative advantage derived from natural conditions implicit in our country for its production, giving added value to colombian product being named by the International Cocoa Organization (ICCO) as “fine or flavour cocoa”, used mainly for production of fine chocolates. In addition to the above, Casa Luker has positioned itself in recent years as a colombian company of international stature which has in its portfolio a wide range of high-quality products in the line of food and hygiene, managing to expand its market. This is why Casa Luker within its operations is designing the company's logistic operations master plan for the next 5 years, so the objective of this work is to formulate the project for the creation of a center distribution at Casa Luker Cacao, for finished product operations that support the growth of logistics operations ver the next five years.
