The present work contains the business plan of a company to provide environmental education services, which aims to provide tools for to act front environmental crisis present local. This project deals with a business plan as a tool that allows a diagnosis of the market to which it is intended to enter and know the feasibility of doing a company that provides certain services. The methodology used to carry out such a market study is the one proposed by the Fondo Emprender, which is entitled Methodology for the implementation of good practices for the formulation of the fund, through which the study is carried out based on the following points: the study of the local market, the identification of potential competition and financial study. Finally, the result of the market study indicates that the company Educa Tu Ambiente is viable.
