With the development of this research, we intend to formulate and evaluate an investment project for the acquisition and implementation of a GPS with AVL technology in the vehicular fleet corresponding to the self-service section, large clients of Bimbo de Colombia SA Bogotá DC, which Represents the largest in the country, and consists of 27 vehicles (trucks type NKR, NHR NPR), that constitutes 10.3% of the regional fleet that has a total of 280 vehicles. In addition, an algorithm-like tool will be selected to support the logistic area routing process. All of the above in order to determine the technical and economic feasibility of implementing such implementation.
