Diseño de auditoria diagnostica para el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo bajo la normatividad colombiana vigente en la empresa Combustibles Líquidos de Colombia S.A. E.S.P.
The diagnostic audit of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) is aimed at verifying through documentary review, interviews, observation of activities, records, determination of compliance or otherwise with the legally established criteria; the level of compliance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) of the company Combustibles Líquidos de Colombia S.A. E.S.P. with respect to the requirements established in Resolution 1111 of 2017 and in this way to issue observations and recommend to senior management the implementation of improvement plans, preventive and / or corrective actions necessary based on the results of supervision, inspection, measurement of the indicators of compliance with the management system, prevention programs, training and treatment, as well as different contingencies that may affect the work environment of workers, contractors and sub contractors, and of the personnel that is part of the company, and that from it can provide healthy work environments. The type of design that will be used for the development of this project is quantitative and qualitative since the criteria established in Resolution 1111 of 2017 and the result of the diagnostic audit become variables, so that they can be measured with real data. In the results of the audit is a level of progress of the Management System of Safety and Health at Work (SG-SST) of 61.75%, of the total requirements established in the table of values of the minimum standards of the Resolution 1111 of 2017. It is concluded that there is a willingness, awareness and interest of the senior management and all their collaborators in participation to comply with 100% of the requirements contemplated in this resolution; the development of COPASST activities is also evident, with the objective of delegating functions and efficiently and effectively implementing the phases of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).
