Thinking about social practices from a gender perspective has made it possible to produce necessary changes of equality, justice, and self regard in society. Taking desertion from this approach leads us to question the reasons of a structural nature own of the private sphere, and as part of the phenomenon, from the educational institutional figure, propose solutions and/or projects that reduce partial or total academic retract. In this sense, the present work has the purpose of providing decentralized elements of understanding of the economic perspective, on the one hand, where the intrinsic vulnerability of the human being and care as a political value in a society that should fully enjoy their rights are recognized, constitutional rights, in this case the right to education.
