The following internship project describes the updating protocol of the internal contest's tecnical tests regarding the parameters of a successful recruiting process at FILMTEX S.A.S ruled in the "internal promotion" policy which establishes the criteria for recruiting and assessing the collaborators, promoting them towards a better quality life and at the same time the productiveness and competitiveness of the company.
