The current pandemic situation caused by COVID-19 has caused the death of more than 4,547,782 people worldwide, of which 5% is due to respiratory failure. Aiming to help Covid19 patients and public health systems, we have developed an archetype of a non-invasive mechanical ventilator empowered with AD HOC network capabilities. The archetype uses the ESP32 card to read and deliver data to an Artificial Neural Network, which regulates the device's operation by anticipating the patient's vitals outcomes. This prototype would be of great help in the field of telemedicine since health professionals can monitor patients remotely and control the ventilator's operation regardless of where the patient is located.
