In this monograph, the formulation of property sanitary management programs for families of the Fátima village, is carried out from an environmental pedagogy approach and elements of the IAP (Participatory Action Research), for which the daily and productive activities related to sanitary management are evaluated with the greatest negative impact thus prioritizing the management measures to be implemented; In addition, the correction to the environmental zoning according to CAR 2016 is proposed and the sanitary zoning at the property and village level is proposed.
