Balance de las acciones emprendidas en el periodo 2015 a 2020, por el proyecto transversal de NEES, en la formación inicial de docentes de la Licenciatura en Biología de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas
The present investigation has as objective to know those factors of the initial teacher training that from the NEES Project guide some of the attitudes and aptitudes of the teachers of the Bachelor of Biology for the approach of human differences, in order to know, value and measure the transformation of looks and feelings, from giving voice to those who are trained. This purpose arises from the need to know and understand how initial teacher training is being carried out in and to address human differences. The research is developed from the research-action-training modality called Narrative Documentation of Pedagogical Experiences. Therefore, it investigates, writes and reflects on pedagogical narratives written by teachers. From this, the reflections of the experiences of the teachers, the syllabus, the interviews and degree works are given. It is expected that this research contributes to the strengthening of academic processes in order to enrich training based on the recognition of human differences and the personal and professional development of teachers.
