The current thesis shows the work who performed the intern in the consorcio vias tunjuelito whose purpose was make processes of rehabilitation and maintenance of the road network of the locality de Tunjuelito. In the thesis are specified the contributions he made to the company and is appended a document which demonstrates the benefits of working employing the Lean Construction. Also describes the main tools of Lean Construction and explains how they can be used to improve effectiveness in the constructive processes inside the work.
