This document shows the work carried out in the framework of the internships at the Esteban Chaves Foundation. It proposes the most appropriated strategic guidelines taking into account the type of organizational direction, in addition to carrying out a technical-administrative work dedicated to the organization of events and budgeting for cycling competitions.
