This project is based on the design of a management system in the company Cafetera El Tesoro S.A.S, under the lean manufacturing tools, involving from the administrative part to the operational part of the organization. The company's business horizon was consolidated, the current state of its economic activity and the resources it has were investigated; Based on this, a diagnosis was carried out in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the conditions in which it operates, identifying failures and possible opportunities for process improvement. With the information obtained, the proposal of the system was considered taking into account the PDCA cycle, the classification of the processes and their diagramming; likewise, the lean manufacturing tools applicable in the organization that counteracted the identified problems were identified. On the other hand, the measurement, resources and recommendations regarding the implementation of this management system are proposed in case the organization decides.
