A proposal of Environmental Management Plan (EMP) is formulated for the INDIMCOL S.A.S. company’s stamping process, which is mainly dedicated, to stamping through the serigraphy and embroidery of clothes and another fabric materials. This proposal is composed by a diagnosis, the identification and evaluation of environmental aspects and impacts with their respective analysis, the EMP design with its possible prevention, mitigation, correction and compensation actions. The highest environmental impacts are graded as moderates, being the air pollution in the first place, originated by the Volatile Organic Compounds (COV’s) emission. Finally, the EMP socialization was realized in the company and the Francisco Jose de Caldas Distrital University with the Production Engineering career parameters.
