The document sets out the methodological application proposed by the PMBOK in project management, the bidding process of creating an organization offers the electricity sector, seeking its implementation, increase the percentage of materialisation of the bids submitted. To do a literature review of other cases to the electricity sector with the proposed application by the PMI model and the characteristics of the electricity market and the organization of study is done. Model for creating knowledge areas are identified to apply best suited to the process proposed considering environmental factors and organizational processes themselves.
