The essential thing in the contemporary teaching process is to disrupt educational gaps resulting from the pandemic by Covid 19, generating a massive mobilization of volunteers to hard-to-reach territories throughout Colombia, proposal that was carried out thanks to the Ministry of National Education with the program "Viva la escuela". The pedagogical and human development contributions -academic and emotional- offered by art education in rural contexts allows for the rethinking of art teaching in the national educational structure; from the teaching experience in the Municipality of Victoria-Caldas carried out a systematic and descriptive work of three chapters that are linked thanks to concepts such as Dialogic Learning, Art therapy, Artistic Education whose cultural approach, methodological and narrative experience in Caldas territory is developed and presented throughout this report.
