The supervision and consulting group of the University District - Udic, consults the CVP (Caja Popular Housing), manage information through formats developed in Microsoft Excel. A system to carry out the project monitoring was conducted through a web platform to keep track of each of the formats filled out by the research group for the CVP and establish an order according to the project, contracts and records created for each project.
