Solid waste is one of the largest environmental and health problems in terms of its massive increase and occupation in landfills without proper treatment for recovery, reuse and/or energy use, due to this, each municipality must consider a Management Plan Integral Solid Waste, in which its legal structure, implementation and adjustment or update will be evidenced and analyzed in the case in which each one requires it.
