Propuesta de mejora del proceso de fabricación de vidrio blindado de la empresa Luxury Glass Corporation S.A.S bajo la metodología de lean manufacturing
This project is carried out with the purpose of applying some Lean Manufacturing tools in the Armored Glass Manufacturing area of LUXURY GLASS GLASS COORPORATION S.A.S. among which are Value Stream Maps, Standardization, Kaisen, Theory of Constraints or simply TOC, Just on time, 5S, seeking to reduce the risk of accidents, disorganization, disorder and dirt. The armored glass manufacturing area was determined as a pilot for the proposal and development of the tool, in order to validate the results and determine the possibility of applying it in the other processes of the company.
