This project aims to determine the feasibility of introducing a new business line at NEG Ingeniería S.A.S., focused on the construction of telecommunications base stations. Through comprehensive market, technical, and resource analysis, we seek to identify opportunities and threats, as well as meet quality, legal, and transitional requirements. Risk management plays a fundamental role in this process, ensuring informed decision-making and minimizing potential obstacles. Ultimately, this project aims to drive the growth and sustainability of NEG Ingeniería S.A.S. in a competitive and ever-evolving market.
