Plan de acción para el desarrollo profesional de formadores del programa tiempo escolar complementario, en deporte adaptado del Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte
The research was based on the design of an action plan for the professional development of the trainers who are part of the program “Tiempo Escolar Complementario” (PTEC) of the Instituto Distrital de Recreación y Deporte (IDRD) specifically in the area of adapted sport. It was proposed to provide guarantees for people with disabilities in the district educational institutions. The work is ascribed to the holistic approach and used as observation collection techniques (Guide of field journals) and the survey (Questionnaire - Adaptation Guide 34 of the MEN). The methodological triangulation of the data contributed to the fulfillment of the objectives of the action plan, which is a diplomat in pedagogical and administrative training for adapted sport. In this way it can be concluded that the National Sports System has a deficit of attention on the part of people with desabilities in the schools of the district. It was identified that, although the PTEC has a budget for labor training, this does not contemplate a development in the specific area of adapted sport. Finally, the interest of the trainers in attending to the disabled population was evidenced, but the difficulty lies in the lack of knowledge to provide a quality education.
