This document presents the process of developing the degree work to apply for the title of specialist through the design of a teaching-learning proposal of the Bininomial Factorization through the design of a virtual learning environment. The proposal aims to contribute to the development of skills in technology-mediated mathematics in elementary and middle school students, based on the significant learning of Ausubel. The virtual learning environment have been structured by implementing the conclusions obtained througth the documents collected from the integration and the pedagogical strategies that aim to achieve the motivated participation of the students mediate by proposals tecnology information and communication. (TIC).
