The relation between the school and creativity allows or stop the development of the subjects who interact there (students, teachers, managers and school officials). The school becomes in mass producer of passive individuals with certain skills because only an operational creativity is promoted. It is at this point that from research action-educational focused in the creativity, it contributes to the development of active subjects seeking to know and master their own reality and then transform ton individual and group level, inside and outside school.
