The present work of degree under the modality of internship, was developed in the Fundación Mujeres de Éxito, a non-profit organization oriented to develop inclusion and empowerment programs for women in different dimensions and social roles; This internship was done through the Global Management company, as part of the provision of a management service and support. The work carried out was the diagnosis and design of the quality management system for the Foundation; According to the first review carried out, it was identified that the Foundation did not have the proper documentation, organization and definition of its processes, that is why the development of this activity made important, during the execution of the internship, several work tables with those in charge of the Foundation where the entire organizational base was built. The context was identified through a SWOT analysis, identification of interested parties, identification of risks and legal requirements, identification of roles and responsibilities, characterization of processes; All this to define the base of the system and the strategic direction of the Foundation, with these elements the quality objectives and the indicators were built to measure their achievement. Subsequently, the work of documenting and defining all the activities and formats that were necessary for the application of the proposed quality management system began. So in the present work each stage carried out and the results obtained during the development of the internship are described and shown.
