This work documents the design and implementation of a conventional controller calculated using heuristics technicians and another fuzzy designed studying the dynamics of the plant and the user experience. In this work made a model for emulates dynamic of system and its behavior with different conditions, the technician characteristic of the plant's elements as the pump, chiller, sensors, proportional valve were found in the material given by AMATROLl and in the technical sheets.
