In the Caterpillar Motor Sports Club, shortcomings are evident in the management of activities from the Human Talent Department of the entire school and in the management of processes or procedures carried out on weekends at the Escuela Sede Norte, processes such as the resource management, review of the conduct of training sessions by staff of training, the inventory of materials used during the sessions and the databases with player information. This leads the Club to develop organizational and administration through the position that assumes the role of sports coordinator, in this case a intern who thinks of affordable and user-friendly tools for your workforce, those characters who have direct access to the information of the School's clients. This document talks about the development of the internship in the Caterpillar Motor Sports Club as a degree project modality that becomes the opportunity to put into practice all the knowledge acquired during the Sports Administration undergraduate degree in the field contemporary work, have experience in the environment before obtaining the university degree.
