The development of this internship work is fundamentally based on the problem question: What can be the causes of the lack of environmental awareness of the inhabitants surrounding the Neuta wetland located in the municipality of Soacha? determine various factors such as the fact that the inhabitants of the municipality are foreigners, or people from other parts of the country, as well as the fact that Soacha is considered a "bedroom" city. It is these postulates that allow the initiation of a process of investigation and work together with communities and entities to determine what may be the causes of the lack of environmental awareness in the inhabitants of this municipality. All this work is focused on the Neuta Wetland, probably the most important wetland in Soacha in terms of socio-environmental processes.
