This project proposes the development of a software prototype to improve the monitoring and management of software development projects whose methodology is based on a hybrid between Scrum and Kanban, based on the fact that there are multiple tools on the market that allow tracking of tasks for each one of those involved in the development of the software (Quality analysts, developers, project managers, Scrum masters, etc.), however, none of them gives global diagnoses of the project. The result will be the implementation of a prototype that enables the centralization of the information of the tasks of the actors of the software product development process for the optimization of the tasks, better visualization of the status of the project at any time and strengthening of the roles in teams.
