The document aims to present the business plan for the creation of a platform that supports the selection process of professional IT personnel focused on web engineering using gamification techniques called HIRE.IT in the city of Bogotá. For a correct structuring of the business plan, a business model was created based on the canvas methodology where the value proposition focused on making use of gamification strategies to optimize the time and quality of the technical evaluation processes for the profiles. specialized in web engineering. On the other hand, it is possible to evidence the PEYEA/DOFA analysis where the strengths and positioning of the proposal were identified and evaluated against other possible competitors, obtaining a high feasibility in its possible implementation from the point of view of financial and market analysis. Consequently, this business plan is supported by its approval in the Entrepreneurship Projects and Business Innovation Acceleration Program of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB).
