Here are the experiences collected from the work that was carried out during the internship process at the Barraca Teatro Corporation. The Barraca Corporation has worked over the years with issues of inclusion, gender identity, xenophobia and discrimination. It seeks to adapt to the media and create new communication and dissemination channels to consolidate itself as one of the best theater corporations nationwide. Likewise, what we were looking for as interns was to join the work team in the hands of its director to carry out support and management tasks, fully fulfilling the objectives that were planned for the development of the internships.
