Initially the proposal of work consisted of performing work of two internal projects of the entity, which were to formalize a process of documentation of the geographic information; Metadata, catalog of objects, technical specifications of the geographical services provided by the District Planning Secretariat, according to the standards and policies defined by IDECA, and additionally, documentation of the processing of information on building licenses, commercial establishments, principal societies and natural persons provided by the urban curators and chamber of commerce respectively, and which is published by the District Planning Secretariat in the Web viewers for internal and external consultation of the entity. In addition to the proposal of the internship project, it was stated by officials of the entity that the review and accompaniment in the updating of the statistical information for the year 2014 contained in the monographs published by the Department of Planning of Bogota D.C.
