This document describes the project: web application prototype for higher education educational offerings and teachers in Bogota D.C., which consists of an alternative information system for consulting higher education educational offerings, both teachers and institutions that motivates users to access it and is a reference in making a decision to enroll in a program or contact a teacher for tutoring.
