Estudio de Factores de Riesgo Psicosocial Asociados al Estrés de los Trabajadores de una Empresa de Transporte de Servicio Especial de la Ciudad de Bogotá
The objective of this work was to characterize the factors of psychosocial risks, intra-labor, extra-labor and stress levels of the workers of the Special Transportation Service Company of the Bogotá city, based on the quantitative analysis to verify data and specific information. The sample consisted of 128 workers, where 18 of them are Administrative and 110 operative. The measuring instrument used was the battery of Psychosocial Risk Factors Evaluation designed by the Ministry of Labor and the Pontificia Javeriana University (2010). Subsequently, the contextualization of the results at the level of each risk factor was made, evidencing the findings through statistical correlations by the Pearson formula and taking into account the variables of the Domains, Intra-Labor Dimensions (Type A and B), Extra-Labor and stress levels and type B. finding high levels of risk on intralabor form A, in the control domain over work in its dimension training, opportunities for development, use of skills and knowledge and in the domain demands of work in its dimension role consistency. Finally, it is concluded to propose an intervention plan covering the domains and dimensions that showed high risk as evidenced in the statistical correlations.
