The estimation of the intrinsic vulnerability of the Mesa formation aquifer present in the municipality of Puerto Boyacá in the department of Boyacá, Colombia, was carried out using the DRASTIC methodology that integrates the depth indices of the groundwater level, the lithology of the Aquifer, water recharge, soil nature, terrain slope, nature of the unsaturated zone and permeability.
