The present study seeks to identify the relationship between intra-labor psychosocial risk factors and the status of the psychological contract in a group of workers of a company in the city of Bogotá. It is a cross-sectional design of quantitative and descriptive correlational type. The instruments applied were two questions, the first Questionnaire on intralaboral psychosocial risk factors, form and the second Questionnaire for assessing the status of the psychological contract. It is concluded that the domains: leadership and social relations at work, control over work and rewards in a statistically significant association with the dimensions of the state of the psychological contract (trust, compliance in the treatment, justice). However, according to the statistical results, there is no significant correlation.
