The nature of direct contracting due to manifest urgency, especially in contexts of health crises, leads to various risks and errors. Faced with this issue, it is analyzed if in Colombia, the legaltech ecosystem provides a solid regulatory framework for the adoption of technologies in public management. This serves as the basis for explaining how indeed, at both the international and national levels, there are examples of how this technological implementation facilitates contract management, improves efficiency and integrity in processes, and allows for more efficient and transparent management of public resources.
