The present work of degree addresses the female stereotypes inserted in the audiovisual series "The dolls of the mafia". The role of women in the series and its implications for the construction of an egalitarian and dignified society, in addition to the stereotypes of women as targets, female victims, household rulers and professional women, is challenged, The latter being the ideal project of life for a better construction of country.
