Diseño del plan de comunicación para el fortalecimiento de la comunicación interna en la Fundación Cottolengo del padre Ocampo. Municipio de Jamundí - Valle del Cauca – 2019
The graduate work entitled Design of the Communication Plan for the strengthening of Internal Communication in the Cottolengo Foundation of Father Ocampo. Municipality of Jamundí - Valle del Cauca - 2019, focused on investigating how to achieve that in the Cottolengo Foundation of Father Ocampo, the management of communication and information was strategically assumed before its public objectives. This purpose emerged from the various weaknesses that the diagnosis made, with which it was possible to understand why the Foundation currently does not have sufficient visibility before the potential potentials that will depend on the resources to control care and well-being of the elderly population, which is housed in it. The main problem identified was that from the direct body, communication is not assumed strategically, that is, it is not planned, coordinated or controlled with guidelines that speed an adequate adjustment of legitimate meeting spaces, due to the use of the media. internal information and communication, as well as the lack of a sufficiently robust relationship system that guides the efficiency and effectiveness of communication in the different processes. To achieve this, a series of interviews were conducted for the Foundation's internal public, divided into two profiles: 1. Strategic (Director and area coordinators) and 2.Operative (Administrative staff), the questionnaire was divided into two Analysis categories: Organization category and Information and communication category. The thrown results that received the account of the aspects that the Foundation needs to assume the communication strategically, and for this it is necessary that the direct body becomes aware of the importance of this for the achievement of the missionary and social objectives. For the above, the design of the communication plan was proposed as a first start, where some strategies are proposed in order to provide tools that will allow you to see improvements in the short or medium term.
