Análisis exploratorio de las pqrd del sector salud mediante aprendizaje no supervisado para identificar las principales barreras y oportunidades de mejora en la prestación del servicio en la salud pública del municipio de Montería
In this study, the Petitions, Complaints, Claims and Reports of the health sector in the contributory and subsidized regimes of the year 2021 in the municipality of Montería were analyzed, with the objective of identifying barriers and opportunities for improvement in the provision of the public health service. The K-means algorithm was used for the exploratory analysis of Petitions, Complaints, Claims, and Complaints, which made it possible to identify barriers in access to health services, especially for pathologies that require prolonged treatment or specialized medicine. Likewise, an alternative method was developed for the analysis of barriers and opportunities for improvement in the health sector.
