This research work is a proposal for the improvement in the delivery times of goods in the company Importer of Hardware; company established above 45 years in the market and currently with considerable growth in sales and dispatches at the national level; however, it has been possible to show, through the application of surveys, customer satisfaction, lacks represented in complaints about the delay in deliveries of orders, a worrying indicator for the administration of the company since it reflects a certain mistrust on the part of customers, which can be reflected in claims, decrease in sales, changes of supplier and most detrimental to the sustainability of the business, loss of customers. Based on the above and taking into account the areas involved in this process including sales, portfolio, billing and warehouse; allows in the current research, a proposal to be made based on the improvement in order delivery times, by applying Engineering methodologies such as Lead Time and Poka Yokes, in order to mitigate the current problems of IMPOFER.
