This research was proposed, with the main objective of designing a tourist route in the municipality of Choachí, focused on highlighting the gastronomic heritage related to the typical dough and the traditional kitchens of the municipality, this is generated with the intention of identifying alternatives for diversification of the tourist offer with which they currently have, favoring the tourist growth of the municipality, having a direct impact on the economic growth of its inhabitants. This is determined because it is possible to identify that the municipality of Choachí has a tourism offer aimed at promoting natural and wellness tourism, based on the potential use of thermal springs, as one of its main attractions, this has led to have a gastronomic offer focused on satisfying the need related to the food intake of tourists, but it has not focused on the promotion of its culinary heritage as a motivating factor of travel, creating an offer where the use of gastronomic tourism excels.
