The punctuality of the research is directed towards the porosity by means of the envelope in relation to the collective spaces to strengthen and complement the educational, cultural, recreational and social development in the San Bernardino neighborhood, taking into account the typological factors that influence the neighborhood, the result is an integrating cultural center linked to new activities through the collective space and the envelope. The research was developed with a methodology based on data collection, specifically towards cultural activities and facilities in Bogotá, filtering the areas with the greatest deficit, and then redirecting our research to the town of Bosa, with leaks of activity in the existing equipment, condensing the information, projection areas were released to establish the location of implantation. Finally, by means of the experiments relating the envelope with the collective spaces, it was concluded in the interaction of the free plant with the envelope by means of porosity, which generates greater spatial appropriation and multiple interactions of activities.
