Since the signing of the peace agreement, the initiative arises to create more peaceful learning environments in school classrooms through the peace chairs as mandatory compliance according to Decree 1038 and regulated by law 1732 of 2015 where it is established that educational institutions must include the chair for peace. Having said the above, the need arises to design a pedagogical proposal for the framed within the theme of conflicts in the classroom as support for future structures aimed at the chair for peace, which allows the teaching of conflict resolution in secondary education in Colombia, through the design of a MOOC (massive open online courses) in which the entire teaching and administrative staff of the institution participates in the construction of this design, in order to involve them in this process. In this way, all teachers will have the capacity to support students' self-learning processes in the face of the conflicts that develop in the classroom. It is worth mentioning that, for the development of this proposal, a literature review of the main pedagogical proposals implemented for the teaching of conflict resolution in secondary education institutions was carried out, using a methodology with a qualitative approach that allows identifying the meanings and interpretations that the educational community makes about this problem.
