Effectiveness and efficiency in the execution of processes is a vital element for the proper functioning of the daily management of companies, therefore, updating not only the machinery but also the way in which documents are filled out is essential as this helps to optimize each of the processes. The company Gestión Vial Integral is dedicated to the activity of road signaling at national level that during the last 10 years has worked with more than 30 public contracts to road concessions, works in 121 cities in 32 departments and more than 25,000 vertical signs installed (G-Vial Señalización y Seguridad, 2021) and that recently linked with the Universidad la Gran Colombia to adopt a new internship program to share new ideas and thus compete with a great impact on the national market. In the present document, a problem seen in the operative and administrative sector is presented as an academic project. Specifically, the topic of vertical signage will be adapted, being this a representative sample of the stock and portfolio of services offered by the company in the city of Bogota. With an opportunity to improve the performance and management of the works by implementing a codification that works as an automatic process, by implementing an interactive and dynamic module for the management of collection accounts from the daily survey of the vertical signage through using Excel.
