Estudio analítico de las habilidades blandas en educación superior: una propuesta pedagógica para fortalecer el PEP del programa de contaduría pública de la Uniagustiniana
In this research, the analytical study of soft skills in higher education is carried out in order to make a pedagogical proposal to strengthen the PEP of the Public Accounting program at the Uniagustiniana University; The ATLASTI tool, a computer program to analyze frequencies of the most required soft skills in the context of higher education in Colombia, was used. Surveys of the program's students were analyzed in order to establish which skills are required to be strengthened in the program PEP that are related to the MEN requirements and strengthen the student's skills in their professional training. The research shows the trend in the formation of three soft skills such as assertive communication, honesty and ethics and empathy. Likewise, it is oriented on the need to create a subject called soft skills, a qualification path is created within the professors of the Public Accounting program and recommendations are given of the tools that can be used to achieve such ends.
