Currently, economic development in rural areas is observed to have decreased from 53.1% to 44.1%, according to studies by the National Planning Department (DNP). This represents a reduction of 9 percentage points (p.p.) in the five years leading up to 2023. This has led to instability in the economic incomes of municipalities like Albán, Cundinamarca, alongside disconnection between localities, high unemployment rates, migration, and other challenges. Ultimately, these factors have a negative impact on the residents' quality of life and the local economy. This work aims to create an intermunicipal agroeconomic project with the purpose of promoting and revitalizing the economy, a sense of belonging, and sustainability. To achieve this, an analysis is carried out at the macro, meso, and micro scales, both in dynamic and static terms. Subsequently, urban and architectural strategies are formulated that respond to climatic and territorial conditions. Finally, an architectural facility is projected that incorporates sustainability strategies focused on social, environmental, and economic development."
