This document corresponds to a research proposal to carry out the undergraduate work within the framework of the Bachelor of Philosophy and History program of the Universidad la Gran Colombia. The research has as its general objective "Analyzing, theoretically and conceptually, the criticism, interpretation and understanding of painting as a teaching strategy for teaching and learning philosophical ideas and theories in Modernity" to achieve this, it has been adopted to place the development of research under qualitative methodology. It is, first and foremost, a documentary research of theoretical cut from which it is hoped to be able to obtain as a result a pedagogical proposal that contributes to the field of teaching practice in the scenario of the didactics of philosophy.
