This article provides an approach of the characteristics that must have the syllabus the area of teacher training of degrees from the La Universidad La Gran Colombia, to promote the training of teachers for the inclusion of people with cognitive disabilities, from the restructuring is done the educational component. For this, an analysis that allowed through a stub of information was conducted, show the structure of the course content. a proposed syllabus more inclusive was created as an important tool for promoting overcoming barriers to people with special educational needs such tool in this vein. The investigation detect certain errors between the theoretical elaboration of the syllabus and teaching activities in class time, plus the repetition of themes and the number of credits with the curriculum. This proposed restructuring of the syllabus seeks to promote new areas of education in the subjects in the area of teacher training degrees like a philosophy of education, pedagogical models, socio critical pedagogy, curriculum and assessment, general didactics, educational psychology, politics and law and information technology and communication in education, so that future teachers to develop inclusive educational processes for people with cognitive disabilities
